Ember Intimacy Coaching Package for Couples

Overview: This coaching package is designed for couples seeking to deepen their emotional and physical connection through structured guidance. Over the course of 6 to 10 sessions which are 90 minutes in length, participants will engage in meaningful exploration to uncover obstacles that hinder effective communication and inhibit pleasure within the relationship.

Package Options:

• 6-Session Package: $950 ($300 deposit)

• 10-Session Package: $1500
  (Both packages can be paid in manageable installments.)

Session Focus Areas: TALK + TOUCH + TRUTH

1. Communication Blocks
   Delve into patterns and habits that obstruct open dialogue. Each session will incorporate communication exercises aimed at fostering deeper understanding and connection.

2. Exploring Pleasure and Your Boundaries
   Examine emotional and physical barriers that prevent both partners from experiencing fulfillment in their intimate life. This includes discussions around desires, consent, and shared experiences.

3. Building Trust
   Work on rebuilding or enhancing trust through vulnerability exercises. Trust is essential for overall intimacy and will be a focal point throughout the sessions.

4. Emotional Intimacy
   This is an emotionally vulnerable experience! By identifying and discussing underlying fears or reservations, we can uncover some blocks to emotional intimacy. This will aid in fortifying your emotional connection.

   It’s important to invite fun & play! I offer playful activities that promote bonding and exploration, enhancing both intimacy and connection in a safe environment.

6. Conflict Resolution
   You and your partner may not see things the same way. Differences may cause conflict. I hope to equip you with strategies for navigating disagreements constructively, see misunderstandings as opportunities to see new sides of each other, and create a healthier relational dynamic.

7. Goal Setting
   Each couple will define their own goals for the coaching experience, ensuring the sessions are tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. Accountability is key - if you blame and shame your partner, this won’t work.

Payment Structure: Clients will have the flexibility to opt for a one-time payment or installments that will allow a smooth entry into the coaching experience while maintaining financial comfort. There are no refunds.
